The hotel tries to be fancy but it just isn't working. the pool areas needed more cleaning. Finding dirty ashtrays each morning wasn't a high point. i had to pay extra for beach towels and changing them out which is just annoying. they should include these things as standard. It feels cheap to nickel and dime guests like that.

Excellent Stay with Fine Views

I found the hotel atrium very excellent! It features a large open space with seating areas. The space is open to the sky in sections. My room was near reception on the first floor. It had a fridge, good shower, and balcony. Cleaning was done when I requested it and towels were replaced promptly.
The self service beer taps produced a lot of froth, requiring advice from bar staff to master.

this hotel overlooks the beach with mountains at the back. it features large dining areas with sunset views. the family room included a bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, and a private balcony. there was sufficient storage, including cupboards and coat hangers, with safe and wifi.
i found a general lack of kettles or coffee facilities in the rooms. borrowing a kettle required a €20 deposit. this reminded me of a rip off, considering the all inclusive nature.
